The classic brownie is made using chocolate, flour, butter and tonnes of sugar. When baked right, it is soft and gooey and slightly fudgy in the centre. In short, they are pure heaven! But who says you can’t make tasty brownies without all the sugar and flour? These 5 Delicious Keto Brownie Recipes are some of the BEST low-carb/keto brownies around. They somehow manage to capture the essence of regular brownies but are still seriously low carb 😯 Better yet, all the recipes are under 4g of carbs per brownie and are straight-forward to make yay!
All the recipes are like my own keto brownie recipe in that they are simple to execute and don’t require special or ‘weird’ ingredients that requires an online shop.

These brownies from Low Carb Maven are rich and decadent and have a secret ingredient ‘Chia Seeds’. I have made these brownies myself and found that the natural gooeyness of the chia seeds lends perfectly to the gooey brownie. I like the simplicity of the recipe and the fact that I don’t need to go out and buy CHEMICALS to make them. Each brownie is 4g carbs and the recipe makes 16.

Eh hello seconds anyone? They also require the typical kitchen ingredients you would at hand which is a bonus in my book. Dollop a spoon of cream on one of these and you will forget that they are low carb 😄.
3. Keto Skillet Brownies
Anyone else drooling at this low carb brownie skillet recipe from Tasteaholics? The recipe makes a GIANT skillet sized brownie at 12g carbs for the entire thing. I mean, why do people even need to eat regular brownies anymore when you have this level of deliciousness on keto! The brownie is rich, moist and dense and tastes just like a regular brownie. Again, like the other recipes, no special ingredients are required and the steps themselves are easy 😄

These brownies from Low Carb Spark are super low in carbs (only 2g per brownie), fudgy and has that delicious melt in the mouth chocolatey crumb! The recipe uses more eggs than most (3 eggs) but the brownies still retain that gooey richness that you want. The recipe makes 16 brownies however I suggest making the recipe but cutting out 8 instead of 16. Even at that, each brownie is still only 4g carbs compared to a typical 40g carb counterpart!

In my opinion, there’s no need to make fancy brownies with long drawn out processes and extravagant ingredients. Pick a decent basic recipe and perfect it.
