5 Keto Blender Muffin Recipes To Try

We all love short cuts and especially kitchen hacks which make our lives easier! As much as a I love baking, sometimes I do just want to be able to throw a recipe together in a matter of moments. Don’t get me wrong, most days I love labouring in the kitchen making and baking all sorts. To me it’s almost therapeutic. However, for the busy moms and everyone else, these 5 Keto Blender Muffin Recipes are THE PERFECT instant sweet treat recipes to have in your arsenal. They are all low carb, delicious and made in the blender 💃

The most important thing in keto baking is to use the right sweetener. You want one that mimics sugar in taste and also in how it bakes. For the Irish and UK readers, Tesco does a great Erythritol/Stevia blend called Whole Earth. It tastes yummy and doesn’t leave an after taste. It also acts the same as sugar and melts into the bake. For those who like to shop online, I do like Swerve and it seems to be the most popular among keto bakers. It tastes great and also holds up the same as sugar in bakes. You can get swerve here on Amazon!

Oh and as always, feel free to add or remove anything you don’t like. So for example if you’re not a fan of cranberries then sub them with something similar that you do like such as blueberries 😉
