Keto Chocolate Pots
You will need
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup or 240 mls of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz 85% dark chocolate (I use Aldi or Tesco)
- Pinch of Sea Salt (cause you’re fancy)

The hardest part about any ‘diet’ is the evening time. Am I right 🤷. Most people are busy throughout the day and are less inclined to crave sweet treats until they plonk their arse down in front of Netflix! I could have just eaten a six course feast and i’d still want something sweet to nibble on whilst watching Love Island 😍.
A friend of mine HIIII MICHELLE 👋 recently started keto and I know she is a chocoholic, like the most of us if we’re honest. Just because you’re doing keto doesn’t mean you have to be deprived and so why not have the odd delicious sweet treat! These Keto Chocolate Pots are so good and perfect for those evening cravings.
Firstly you want to beat your sweetener with the egg yolks in a mixer until pale.
Add in the heavy cream and Coconut Milk. Stir well, then transfer it to a saucepan.
Cook the eggy mixture over a low-medium heat until it gets thick.
Add the chocolate. Turn off the heat, and stir the chocolate.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses, bowls, or cups.
Let stand at room temperature until cooled, then place in the fridge for at least four hours or until set.
- Sprinkle with sea salt before serving!
