Keto Lasagna Soup
You will need
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cups beef stock
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
- sour cream for garnish
- extra shredded cheese for garnish

Haiiiii, can you tell I love soup season? This weeks recipe is a delicious and filling Keto Lasagna Soup. Without the classic additions of rice, pasta or noodles, soup can be delicious but just not filling enough…or is that just me being a pig 🐽 To combat that, the addition of ground beef and cheese really bulks this soup out and makes it a very filling lunch. Did you know that we call ground beef MINCE over here in Ireland 🙈
Serve this with a slice of keto almond bread at only 2g of carbs per slice 😊😊
Firstly, add the olive oil and beef to a large pan and cook until the meat has browned. Add the onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Add the beef stock, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Next, add the cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve, garnished with extra cheese and sour cream or heavy cream if desired.
