1/3 Cup Frozen Strawberries (50g in weight when frozen)
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp orange extract if you have it
- Big handful of ice cubes
